Pleasant comfortable stay, good value for the price paid.

Pros: The stay was pleasant, the cleanliness is decent, it's the hidden spots that aren't clean properly, like corners and under the mattress is a bit dusty, have already feedback to owner, overall experience is good. It is a quiet and big enough place to stay for 25 pax. As said, the property doesn't allow heavy cooking due to the limited appliances, but cooking a simple breakfast or instant noodles is still doable. There is sufficient parking space for 2 cars in the porch area, as well as few more opposite the house on the kerb side. The homestay is located in a gated and guarded area, so it is quite safe. Owner is friendly and easy to contact, response almost immediately.

Cons: A little hiccup when self-collecting the keys, but luckily owner was quick to response and resolve the problem. However, there weren't keys to the back door or the window grills, I understand that it may be for safety issues but if a fire breaks out then there will only be one exit through the main door, hopefully owner can consider to provide the keys in the future. There are a few options for breakfast walking distance from the property, but as most shops are closed not sure due to weekends or public holidays, thus we find it a bit limited for breakfast options. Most of the good food areas are mostly in town. There are short in air-condition remotes, so we had to bring the remote around the house when we turn the air-condition on and off. Dishwash soap was insufficient and they weren't extras anywhere.

Pros: 地方很大，可以住.廿五个人，地点者不錯，如果自己驾车很方便。不能在里面煮倉物，打包或熟杯面是没问题的，幸好我们也浚有要煮。管理员服务態度很好，有什么缺失，容易找到她。价格相宜。

Cons: 清洁程度不错，但只限看得到地方，看不到如冰箱顶部没有抹乾爭，有洗衣机，但沒哂衣架，只啟在室內吹乾。电门的电池，常常失灵，管理程如果把这些问题解决，就是接近完美了。
