Pros: Excellent - nearby Ipoh town and very convenient to everywhere. Big and spacious - enough to fit 12 pax and also comes with extra mattress and also comforter. V thoughtful owner. The house is big enough to fit in two cars too. Perfect for family to stay.

Cons: The water heater - water pressure a bit too low. Water heater sharing ar top level is very noisy and a bit scary to use.
