Pleasant

Pros: Beautifully decorated. Outside maybe looks like old residential housing area but when u inside the house feels different like in the hotel.

Cons: Downstairs toilet key/lock not properly working. Can hear sound from aircond in one of the room. Unable to use netflix due to netflix new rules account cannot sharing probably. Stairs not suitable for kids without guidance.

Awesome! Will come back anytime, definitely the go to for big group.

Pros: I love the interior of the house, for that value, its awesome. The place is clean and suitable for all ages. The location is not too far from Ipoh town and its in residential area, so its quite peaceful and quiet. I'll stay here anytime than hotel.

Cons: The staircase is a little steep, needed to be mindful. Might not be suitable for elderly or young kids.

Overall a good stay , but not suitable for light sleeper

Pros: Pros - the location is good , auto gate provided.. clean bedsheet and towel Cons - the staircase a bit dangerous especially for senior citizen and kids , the kitchen area very hot and the fans not working properly. The neighbors are noisy , you can listen the next door sound easily and someone using chopper board in the morning and coook .

Great place for families.

Pros: The deco is nice and the place is spacious for families. Clean enough and i like the kitchen area the most.

Cons: Need to travel abit to go to the malls and get food. The window and door need renovation as it is made of wood and looks like rotting soon. The TV no signal and i tried to use the Netflix but unable to connect.

Pros: Very comfortable and cheap! I don’t expect it to be a two storey house with an automatic gate! Staff were so friendly and I would stay here again for sure.
