A surprising find close to lots of amenities in a backwater which is an oasis of calm

Pros: Quiet location, spacious accommodation, quick and easy communication with Mr Halim

Cons: Could have been a little less dusty floors and corners

Pros: Rumah sangat besar & selesa..keperluan lengkap.. harga sangat berbaloi dengan keadaan rumah yang betul2 luas dan selesa...bawa keluarga besar sangat sesuai..owner rumah pun sangat sporting & memahami setiap kehendak Cust walau berada di overseas..respon yang hebat...pasti akan stay lagi insyaallah..

Cons: Parking agak susah untuk masuk banyak kenderaan kerana jalan di hadapan rumah kecil..so kalau banyak bawa kereta harus park di masjid berdekatan.. tapi semua yg lain okey dan Terbaik..thanks owner hebat

Rumah kampung. Big and spacy. Ada parking depan. Sangat sesuai kalau ramai untuk kenduri.

Pros: Lokasi strategic. lorong belakang masjid jamek jelutung. lebihkurang 60 meter dari masjid. 10 minit kebandar Georgetown atau Bayan Lepas. Jelutung market 10 minute walk. hampir restaurent nasi kandar Deen dan banyak gerai2 makan. masjid jalan kaki 5 minit. ada hall and 2 rooms with airconds. big kitchen and dining area. dapur,fridge , mesin basuh,microwave all working well.

Cons: semua ok. puas hati.
