Highly recommended property in Kampar!

Pros: 1. The ambience of the place, gives a western vibe and very good for photo taking. 2. The homestay was really clean & well - kept. 3. Clean drinking water is provided. 4. The environment is really good. Quiet neighbourhood. Except for a building construction nearby. 5. Easy check-in. Owner responds to messages. 6. Great location. Nearby tourists places to visit. 7. Two (2) dedicated parking space for 1 unit. 8. Sofas & beds are comfortable. 9. Kitchen tools & equipments are available. 10. Cold weather, we don't even need to use the aircons that much.

Cons: 1. A building construction is on-going nearby so there's little bits of noises but not in the evening. 2. No bidets but hose are available to use. 3. Towels are not provided but we always bring our own.

Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Pros: Clean place and nicely decorated. Comfortable sofas infront of TV. Strong WIFI and a quality TV provided. Aircond, ceiling fan & water dispenser working well. The respective controllers were in each room. A very clear instructions on how to treat our shoes/slippers at the main door entrance. A shoe/slipper rack is also provided. Suitable waste bins provided in each toilet. A main dusbin also provided at the kitchennette. The toilets and showers are fine and in working order.

Cons: The smart TV controller sometimes not responsive.

Pros: Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Helpful host. Will come again sometime. Very nice interior designs.

Nice but could be bettet

Pros: Beds are very comfortable and very clean. Amenities were well thought off

Cons: The shower pressure was not great, master bedroom bathroom sink was clogged, and the bathroom could be cleaner and suggest to change TV to a smart one where guest can cast via their own mobile
