Pros: Ruang yg agak luas dan selesa untuk keluarga yg mempunyai lebih 10 +..keselamatan terjamin kerana grated area..

Cons: Kemudahan seperti almari dan rak untuk meletakkan barang tiada didalam bilik...cermin untuk kegunaan dalam setiap bilik..
