Pros: House is big and clean. Whole house is provided with AC. Parking space also big. Location near with a lot of restoran.

Cons: Even provided water heater, can add water filter machine like coway to improve the facilities.

Pros: Can accommodate 4 cars in the lawn. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Basic items are all provided such as gas stoves, cooking utensils, & iron boards.

Cons: Low water pressure compared to competitors in the Parit Buntar side (Kedah v Perak). 1 bedroom with malfunction light (maybe just happened/faulty).
