CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE FAMILY HOMESTAY

Pros: It is one of the best family homestays we have ever booked in Bertam, Penang. The house is spacious, super clean, and equipped with facilities such as a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix applications, a refrigerator, and other kitchen utensils and electric appliances. The owner, Mr. Izzudin is very welcoming and helpful, too. It is located near eateries, Mydin mall, and Bertam Waterpark. Recommended 100% for family stay.

Best place to stay

Pros: The place was very peaceful and nearby to town, we didn't have to look much for eating places, also owner able to accomodate last minute request which was really helpful. I also loved the personalised welcome board 😃❤️

Perfect stay.

Pros: Location - peaceful and not too far from eateries and hypermarket. 5 mins to USM Bertam MRSM Bertam. There is Mydin Hypermarket. Further up, there is Lotus's Hypermarket. lots of Halal/Malay restaurants/hawkers nearby. The bedroooms are equipped with air-conds.

Cons: Nothing. But due to hot weather, the house living area was so hot despite 2 units of ceiling fans were switched on.

Pros: Everything was great. There are 1 queen bed, 3 single bed in total. Plus, the host also provided us with a comforter(toto) and extra pillow which's great. There are also towels provided. The house is considered clean also.. Hope the host can keep up the great work 😊

Quite pleasant.

Pros: The rooms, toilets and kitchen are clean. The unit had almost all the basic necessities. Easy to deal with the owner. Simple check-in procedure. Towels were plenty and clean. Strong water flow from shower head.

Cons: Lack of air conditioner in the main hall. No hairdryer provided.

Pros: Pemilik yang efisien, beri guide untuk ke lokasi dengan tepat. Rumah yang bersih dan terasa dialu-alukan. Dekorasi yang indah. 3 bilik tidur, 2 bilik ada aircond. 2 bilik air. 1 katil masterbed, 1 single, 1 single double decker. Pemilik menyediakan kemudahan toto, tuala extra di tempat khas. Ada kemudahan Netflix. Rumah yang luas, boleh even 20 orang menginap dalam 1 masa. Dekat juga dengan Bertam Souk Park. Welcoming oleh pemilik amat baik.

Cons: Agak jauh untuk ke kedai makan.

Pros: Tuan rumah yang baik kerana membenarkan check in lebih awal.Peralatan asas memasak juga tersedia di dapur. 😍👍

Cons: Kalau dilengkapkan dengn mesin penapis air pasti akan jadi lebihsempurna bagi keluarga besar dan penginapan panjang. Namun bagi kami keluarga kecil tiada masalah.
