Pros: Rumah yg bagus. keluarga besar dlm 10 orang pun boleh rasanya. car porch pun luas. kawasan yg tenang. ada kedai runcit berdekatan. xde masalah untuk dapatkan makanan kering dan barang2 keperluan peribadi yg lain
