Perfect stay

Pros: Like the brand new house. One room at ground floor. Other room upstairs. All queen bed. Owner also give extra futon. Family with small kids need to be carefull because the stairs quite curam. If all adult, perfect. Have all basic facilities. Has aircond at living room as well. At dining room also have aircond. However, we only use one. The bathroom tiptop. As we travel north and stay about 5 homestay. This one win our heart. You cam consider this house if going to Penang.

Cons: I like everything.
