Setia Residen Semi-D two half storey 5 Bedrooms unlimited wifi

Got off to a good start but ended with a failure and frustration!

Pros: The availability of the owner and his quick response.... The homestay was clean and tidy

Cons: This matter had nothing to do with the owner or the homestay.... My family members had checked in on the 23rd... as instructed..... In the early hours they received a call informing of the critical conditions of their father who was admitted to the Puterajaya Hospital with breathing difficulties. On the 24th they checked out.... I contacted the homestay owner requesting a cancellation for the 25th and 26th of December! Was informed that the payment was handled by Booking. com.... Ringing them, got in touch with an AI agent.... Is this a ploy by Booking. com to make money out of us.... My numerous request was not heeded.... I had want to speak to a human manpower but my request was turned down..... It was terrible dealing with an AI agent that couldn't help or assist me in solving my predicament... Shame on Booking.com.... Previously whenever I had an issue, the manpower was able to solve my problem.... I pray that Booking.com see my comments regarding their Al agent who couldn't help and just said\

Pros: *Review Setia Residence Semi-D 2.5 Unlimited Wifi* Awesome Owner - very responsive, friendly & helpful Homestay - beautiful & spacious 5 bedroom house, clean with simple decoration. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfy mattress and pillows. Extra pillows, mattresses, duvets/totos & towels are provided. There are 6 toilets with shower, are welll functioned. Water pressure OK. Unlimited Wifi - just insert simcard to your phone. Smooth self check-in - just follow instructions given by owner. 2 sets of key & access card make it easier for guests to move around. Club House membership card is also provided for guests to enjoy activities at the club & swimming pool. Swimming pool is just a walking distance. So quiet & peaceful surroundings. Our family members were happy staying at this homestay & would recommend this homestay to others.

Great stay and safety is paramount Join

Pros: Well decorated and stocked with toilet paper n toiletries.

Cons: Sim card was good n useful. Wish the phone provided could charge but nevertheless worked in my phone.

Pros: The house so clean...the owner is very nice...very comfortable...

A good place for many people. 5 rooms. Even the sofa was very nice to sleep on.

Pros: the responsiveness of the host, eventho on many occassions, I asked questions late night before going there, he replied. And he also gave suggestions of places to visit and eat. When we were short of certain items, he was quick to respond and supply. That was crucial to us.

Cons: Being stopped at the guardhouse as this was a gated community. But that is a plus point from security point of view. and also the guards job. Data based Wifi was not the strongest in the area, The home provides unlimited free wifi tho. However, prefer a home based free router wifi (instead of a sim card method) where everybody can share without draining my hp hotspot battery.
