Pros: Dekat dengan kedai runcit. Boleh memasak sebab cukup peralatan seperti kuali, cerek elektrik, dapur gas, periuk nasi elektrik.

Pros: Selesa dan sangat murah rumah ni .Walaupon water heater cuma satu bilik jer boleh guna tapi berbaloi dengan harga.Demat dengan muzium sabak bernam dan banyak jugak restaurant untuk makan breakfast.Kalau family ramai ade budak oklah.Ada basikal juga .Mesin basuh pun di luar.Overall kami sekeluarga berpuas ati.
