Good place for family togetherness, large joined living/dining/kitchen space was great to hang out in with plent

Pros: Spacious, with many beds, mattresses and rooms (4 rooms, sleeps at least 12). Clean, TV and WiFi works well. Parking inside for 2 cars.

Cons: Quite far from the main town, but not excessively, maybe 15 mins drive to most locations. Have to drive out to any shops and amenities (min 5-10 mins)

Pros: Very good staff and worth it for money. The house was clean. Will recommend to others.

Big house, iffy check in/check out process.

Pros: Spacious, bathroom for every room, gated and guarded area so we feel safe

Cons: Check in process is easy but host was late in communication. Had to call them to provide us with the code as we’ve been waiting outside the house for a few minutes, which we felt bad about but we had no choice. The house itself was ok but missing towels in some rooms (and no, we are not notified about it), floor feels a bit dusty, and there was no dishwashing soap so we had to just rinse with water. Hope they clean it up before the next guest. Speaking of, we suspect there is no cleanup happening between guests because we had to take out the trash ourselves and as mentioned, the dusty floor. Finally we are asked to deposit RM250 as a security deposit before we can check in. I understand if some hosts feel this is necessary but I didn’t like doing this, as there was no guarantee, and this is never mentioned in the booking.com listing. The fact that we received the deposit back late, only after 2 reminders, makes it feel more iffy.
