Pros: rumah besar lapang.. selesa sangat.. kawasan perumahan baru.. tidak bising.. tenang sahaja. sesuai untuk family yang ramai, boleh parking 2 buah kereta di dalam pagar. Banyak kedai makan & kedai runcit kawasan berhampiran.. terbaik semuanya will repeat again..

Pros: Rumah selesa, kemas dan bersih. Suami suka guna kerusi kerusi urut lepas drive. Sofa boleh extend untuk baring and lunjur kaki untuk layan movie mlm2. Kedai makan Pon senang nak cari area rumah. Will repeat again in future.
