The house is generally good, and the rental value is acceptable.

Pros: Pros: The house is clean, the furniture is good, the air conditioning is very cool, the location is good, the kitchen appliances are good, and the house is suitable for one family, two families, or a group on a trip.

Cons: Cons: One of the bathrooms needs maintenance, the shower flow is very weak, there is a leak in the hand basin, and the bed covers are old.
