Pros: Feeling good, quite environment, you have to accept that there is no water heater and you need to bring your own padlock.

Cons: A water heater can be installed,and the clothes hook in the toilet is best installed on the wall.

Pros: Value for money. Place is new and clean. Even though location is slightly far from city , Teluk intan is a small town. You can get any where easily with a car. Property is clean and well equipped with cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, water dispenser and TV.

Cons: Area of improvement - 2nd bedroom is hot and stuffy. Would be great if there is air conditioning. Suggest to use floor cleaner that keep ants away to mop the floor as there are tiny ants. Could be because it is oil palm estate land.

Kalau ke teluk intan mencari rumah sederhana yg selesa,sinilah tempatnya.

Pros: Clean and coziness of everything with affordable price. Love the smell of the house. Gonna ask the owner 😁 ada kemudahan foodpanda,wifi dan internet coverage yg baik.

Cons: Ada 1 bilik yg tiada penghawa dingin. Dan mungkin boleh letak kerusi meja santai diluar rumah for the fresh air.
