Wonderful stay
Pros: Very clean and calm place , our host Nelson is so helpfull and kind , helped us with everything and even made us discover the city with him, honestly 3 days weren't enough for me there , will absolutely come back here

A unique and interesting experience.
Pros: Judging from the name of the property, we expected the typical Japan-theme furniture and decorations, maybe a traditional painting or two on the walls. However, this property is fully outfitted with automated conveniences, not to mention the dozens of interesting and beautiful modern and traditional Japanese knick-knacks from the owner's collection. The property is very clean; I was amazed that all the items on display were dust free! The owner is clearly passionate about his property and collection, which we appreciated. Plenty of coffee, tea, and little packets of snacks too! The AC and fans were fully functional (of course, with remote controllers). Ironing board *and* a steamer were available.
Cons: The owner was thoughtful enough to provide dishware and cookware that are segregated for muslim and non-muslim use. However, the items themselves are not marked, and may end up mixed. But we did not have any meals inside, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Overall I thoroughly recommend this place if you wish to stay in Ipoh.
Pros: Once in awhile you find a real gem on booking.com. Location is awesome and the facilities are exceptional. There is nothing more you can want. So many things were provided. Our host was always there for us whenever we needed any assistance. His knowledge of the area is great and he gave us plenty of assistance regarding places to go and things to do. The pool (which is available to guests) was also great. The place was spotless in every regard and my wife and I really enjoyed the Japanese theme.
Cons: Nothing. This is the best place we have ever booked on booking.com.

Ein schlner Aufenthalt mit ganzviel Komfort.
Pros: Großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad in einer komplett ausgestatteten Wohnung. Alles mit neuester Technik. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll im japanischen Stil dekoriert. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns zu Restaurants begleitet sowie viele Ausflugtipps gegeben.
Cons: Das Bett war etwas schmal für uns.

Pros: Das Appartement ist japanisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber mit großem Gemeinschaftsraum, sehr bequem. Nelson Wong ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher und kenntnisreicher Mensch, der uns viel Zeit geschenkt und zu interessanten Orten gefahren hat. Dafür herzlichen Dank. Absolute Empfehlung.

Comfortable home base to explore Ipoh!
Pros: Beautiful decor and very well maintained. The common area and room were extremely comfortable. The beds were the best we've slept in. The owner is a wonderful host who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and introduced us to the many attractions in and around Ipoh.
Cons: We enjoyed everything about our stay here.

Pros: La décoration de l’appartement était vraiment très jolie ! Une immersion totale dans le style japonais, jusque dans les moindres détails ! Le balcon offrait une très belle vue, les équipements étaient des plus optimales ! Il suffit juste de poser ses bagages, rien à prévoir ! En plus de cela, une salle de sport et une piscine était en libre accès ! Que demander de plus ? 😀 Nelson est un super hôte ! D’excellents conseils, de très belles visites guidées en sa compagnie ! D’excellents moments partagés ! Je recommande vivement !! À bientôt j’espère Nelson ! 😉
