Pros: The clarity ofcommunication with Owners, the cleanliness, the space, facilities & views.

Cons: Need more towels, had to buy our towels to use at the pool. Could also do with a dryer.

Best view of Penang!

Pros: I had two 2 bedroom apartments booked for my family and both overwhelmed us. They were extremely clean, loaded with all the necessities and the team was constantly in touch with me. Overall, this stay was the highlight of our Penang trip! I would definitely it recommend everyone :)

Cons: The key collection can be a bit of a hassle but that is just a one time activity!

Pros: Stayed at Urban Suites by ANC with my family of seven. The property was clean and comfortable, with a strategic location—away from the crowds yet easily accessible to food options and tourist spots. Parking was spacious and easy to manoeuvre, even for an MPV. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: All the facilities on the 11th floor are very good.

Cons: The elevators are so bad. In a 42-story high-rise building with at least 8 units on each floor, there are only four elevators. During the entire holiday, I spent a lot of extra time waiting for the elevators.
