Pros: Ryui's was a lovely quiet place to stay with shops and good restaurants nearby. The owner Ms Yu was so friendly and helpful. She was a delight to talk to. The communal areas for the living room and kitchen were great. For a stay in Sungai Petani you cannot go wrong staying here.

Cons: All good.

Pros: The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The porch can fit many car. The security system so good. This place very strategic near to mall and many restaurant. Owner friendly to talk.👍🏻

Cozy

Pros: Very cozy and comfort for the price. It is also nearby to the central SP.

Cons: The check in instruction could be better. Since there is no proper table in the room, i'm not able to do my work on laptop, hence have to use the dining table. But nearby dining table there is no plug to be used. The room is comfy, but not suitable for those travel for work.
