Best place to stay for female travellers

Pros: The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Reservation staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended. Close to all facilities and eateries. Will stay here again. Keep up the good job. Quiet and safe hotel. Ample of parking space.

Pros: the design of the room and the simplicity. cozy, aircond very good.

Cons: the incharge person - even request a receipt, only received 1 day after. at first the receipt stated other people's name, resend again. payment also need to transfer, not using Booking.com payment

Fabulous hotel in a small city of Batu Gajah.

Pros: Nice interior design on the hotel & room. Although all is self service but manageable.

Cons: Staff a bit slow in responding. Have to wait about almost 1 hour after arriving (although already informed our expected time arrival), for no of room and keypass. We were unable to watch tv as the remote control had no battery power left. Wifi also we can't use as there is no password given and when asked no answer from the staff.

Pros: Even though the entire check in process and information pertaining to accessibility was provided over the phone (WhatsApp) - it was fluid and effective. ....Staff Nisa was informative and available at all times (via phone) for assistance.

Keep up the cleaning

Pros: Rooms and facilities in good condition. Comfortable for solo travel.

Cons: Checking in took a bit time because no front desk people. All self service and through whatsapp only. Room service needs to extra check toilet bowl. Got ‘surprise’ from previous customer in the bowl when want to use.
