Cons: Just be aware that there is no lift facility but assistance to lift the luggage will be provided.

Well appointed hotel with nice rooms

Pros: Best place we’ve stayed on our trip in Malaysia so far! Ruin was lovely and with plenty of space. View was great. Staff were super friendly

WORTH IT AND ABSOLUTE LURVE! I'LL SURELY BE HERE SOMEDAY -

Pros: I BELIEVE THAT IT WILL BE SUCH AN AMAZING SPOT FOR FOODIE LOVERS LIKE ME TO STAY HERE, AS THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED NEARLY TOWARDS EVERY DREAMS FOODIES STATIONS, SUCH AS FAMILY MART, CU-MART, TEALIVE, MIXUE, 7E CAFE, BAKERS COTTAGE, AND EVEN MR DIY AND GUARDIAN. NOT TO MENTION THAT ALL OF THESE SHOPS ARE JUST A WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL. PLUS, THERE IS A MINI SUPERMARKET RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL E, L, WHICH MADE THINGS EASIER FOR TRAVELERS TO FIND ANYTHING THEY NEEDED. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THERE IS COFFEE CAFE \

Cons: THE FACT THAT THEIR GUESTS DIDN'T HAVE A SPECIAL ASSIGNED FREE PARKING LOT IS QUITE AN ISSUE, YET SOMEHOW WE CAN PAY THE PARKING FEES VIA FLEXI PARKING EITHER BY HOURS OR DAYS. IT WONT CAUSE YOU MUCH, JUST RM 0.60 PER HOUR, WHILE RM 4.00 PER DAY. SO YEAH GOTTA MAKE A HUSTLE LIL BIT YET OTHERS ARE FINE.

Pros: The front office staff by the name of Bah. He was very accommodating by changing our room in the night when we complained of the non functioning air cond.

Cons: No lift but still OK if we stay at level 1 because just one stair to climb up wt your things
