Pros: At first was given the old room which has very loud air conditioning noise. Requested to change room and was given a room in the new building which was exceptionally good!! Especially like the bed which was very comfy

Great place to stay in terms of location and helpfulness of staff.

Pros: Clean room with big shower room and water strength. Helpful and friendly staff, really appreciate them. Great location near eateries.

Cons: Room is slightly small and quite dark with no windows (for our room). Noise isolation is poor too.

Convenient easy neat and comfortable

Pros: Location- very near to lotus, aeon kinta, shophouses, iooh night market, niase street food. There is 7E same row with the hotel. Room wise - room is ok. Can fit 4 of us. They provided extra pillows. Aircond works well. They also have cuckoo at the corridor. Bedsheet so far ok its cleans and no mosquitoe or what so ever insect. No weird smell as well. Overall its clean and neat. Well done! Toilet - toilet clean. Got simple amenities, towels. Water heater also works fine. No funny smell. All good . Keep up the good work! Parking - free parking outside the hotel. I came during non peak so parking easy to get. Checkin and checkout process - quite fast. Need to prepare cash coz hotel acquire deposit. Or you can pay via touch n go ewallet.

Cons: One of the towel is torn. Hope hotel staff can make sure they only provide a good towel. So far towel no stain. Only torn. Luckily we brought our own towel.

Clean room and friendly staff, great stay experience for our family.

Pros: We managed to secure 1 family room with 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful to assist us book transport to Concubine lane. Many restaurant nearby and convenient for food - Lotus's is within walking distance.

Cons: Sound proof in the room not well - can hear people talking at front desk and at the corridor at night.
