Pros: Walking distance to Pasir Bogak beach, 711 and duty free shops on the same street, walking distance to many restaurants, car rental and shuttle service with hotel, clean and comfortable room, super friendly staff!

Exceptional staff with good location.

Pros: Exceptional location.Staff were extremely friendly,good,helpful and very knowledgeable about the island.Staff provided me with all the information I needed.

Cons: Consumption of alcohol was prohibited in the hotel which was disgusting and I felt like being treated like school kids.

Good choice for a budget hotel. Excellent price.

Pros: We have a very good time at this hotel. The staff was very kind with us. We've been able to rent a motorbike from the hotel and even they took us to the jetty when we left very early in the morning. It's a fantastic option for the price you pay. Room was clean, we had extra towels when we ask for them, and he location was extraordinary. The island is small so it's wasn't hard to get everywhere, but you have a 7 eleven, a 24h laundry and few restaurants and duty free shops by the hotel. Also, the beach it's about 5-10 min walking from there so, again, for that amazing price, I don't think you can expect more. Please, don't forget where you are and the standards there. The island receive mostly local tourism. You won't ever find western standards for that price anywhere in Malaysia. So pleased with the staff and with our time in the premises. I would repeat.

Cons: The sheets didn't fit the mattress, they were too big so they were moving all over the place at night. And also the wifi wasn't too reliable from our room... That's why I don't give the 10, but they are small things that could be easily sorted by the time you read this review.

Cons: if got lift is better.. n shall have room service everyday, maybe is because I didn't request. The other thing is maybe my fault for not doing early car booking and we have only left one car for more than 10 pax to go out
