Well suited for a hiking or touring holiday.

Pros: Looks better than the photos. It’s very clean, modern and has great facilities. The shared kitchen is well equipped, there’s lots of nice common areas to relax in and there even a spot to wash muddy boots. It’s also welcoming for all ages and families. They know their customers and the set up is excellent.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It is very clean, friendly, well situated, you can make tee or coffee, the luggage storage is superb too. It was a real luxury.

Pros: The rooms is clean , and a lot of rest place. Carpark convenient.

Cons: The bath towel quality not very good. Hopefully can improve.

Spacious and extremely clean

Pros: This hotel is extremely clean and very spacious. I loved it. The common areas and free tea are a great plus. The people working here are very friendly. Location is also good, close to the centre but far enough to avoid the noise.

Gorgeous building and location very good

Pros: Great location, very peaceful and only a 3 minute walk to the restaurants and busy centre of Tana Ratah. Really close to the bus terminal. Took ten minutes to walk with our cases. Rooms and communal areas are spotless.

Cons: We were not impressed with having to take our shoes off every time we came into the hotel or use the kitchen area . This was the only place we stayed in Malaysia, where they took RM100 deposit before they even gave us the room key.
