Good value for money and service

Pros: Staff is friendly to help with the payment of parking fee. We arrived at 3pm and check in process is fast. Room is clean and well equipped with kettle, hair dryer and slippers. Beds are comfortable too. There is a water dispenser at counter area too.

Cons: Less food choices in this area. However, there are 99 grocery store and seven eleven within walking distance for simple food consumption.

Pros: Good service from the staff, room smells good & clean. Hotel like a new hotel. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, everyday i ask to make up room. Staff never excuses or makes faces. Easy parking.

Affordable and convenient

Pros: The hotel seems new/recently renovated. Staff is friendly and responsive. Not so far from Teluk Intan town about 5-10 minutes drive. Plenty of parking. Lobby is beautifully decorated and the room design also neat. Got some convenience shops in walking distance

Cons: The room is quite small, can only fit one person to perform prayer in between the beds. Sometimes can hear sounds from other rooms but my roommate thought it was ghost/jins as he heard the sound came from above even though we were at the highest level. No free parking, the parking in front of the hotel is under local authorities. Only one pillow, hopefully can add another pillow even smaller is acceptable.

Pros: I like all..if I come teluk intan this is my hotel I would stay..tumb up for the management even small hotel but very professionaly they manage... that's y this hotel is full.keep up

I wasn't expecting much, so I travelled with my own soaps, hair dryer.

Pros: Lift for elderly, if they need it. And there were slopes for wheelchairs too. Shows that thought has been put in for accessibility.

Cons: Better sound-proofing. I could hear a man making a long call in the corridor and children screaming in the corridors.

Pros: Simple, clean, cosy with complete basic necessity for travellers. Not to mention good location too. Always look forward to stay here when we are back to Teluk Intan.
