Unique stay amid Penang’s quieter and greener side

Pros: Spacious, clean, unique rooms. Quiet location amid the greenery.

Cons: All products that came with the stay were all of the same brand, including coffee and tea served at breakfast. Breakfast was just okay (below Penang standard), but what’s worse is that the drinks were all ultra processed and nothing was fresh. Challenging especially for those with dietary issues.

Pros: I love the vibes here. Good nature and the staff so welcoming. Will come again.

Pros: Was a very pleasant, exciting stay and did enjoy this very special resort a lot being that close to the nature. The team was very friendly and service oriented and like to encourage the ressort to move forward on this more sustainable concept.

Surprisingly nice forest getaway on the island

Pros: The place was very well maintained, clean & organised. Food was good too The location in the forest is great and surprising, never expected such a place on island of Penang We went on weekday night and the entire place was virtually ours. It was great & quiet

Cons: To get to the location is rather difficult. Long winding road was further 1km away from the main road. Best to arrive when there are still daylight

Awesome stay in the hotel, very relaxing to be in the forest.

Pros: Nice breakfast, but a bit cold dishes. Will be nice to keep lid of the different dishes closed. Other than that nothing to say, wide variety of meals available

Cons: The rooms next to the pools might be a bit noisy sometimes when guests are having a swim, but the staff of the hotel was able to enforce the quiet time during the night.

It was a very fruitful gathering for my family as all my children has grown up. Very meaningful

Pros: Looking for relaxing place away from busyness, so this place attracts me coz its built between the natures and away from crowds. Restaurant- the food quality was great, and perhaps too generous for the serving size. We didn’t finish the dinner due to : excess order for the 4 pax (2 adults+2 children), and the lack of details on the menu. Would be great if the qty of food is indicated on the menu (pieces of satay/nuggets etc) and do consider children consumption portion for the snacks as well breakfast.

Cons: The low water pressure for shower and the heater, it cuts off /on itself in the middle of shower. Water is freezing in the night. It’s bit bored when it rains and we have not much things to do staying in room since no Television available in the room. Would be great if the resort can provide gadgets (wifi available) or create more in house activities for the guests (board games/ping pong tables etc)

Pros: Location Breakfast/restaurant Staff is very helpful

Cons: Pricy - probably since no competition around the corner
