Pros: We only had one night stay,but would have loved to have stayed longer.Lovely setting up in the hills in very comfortable tents We arrived in the pouring rain and the staff were there to greet us with umbrellas.Check in was smooth with friendly helpful staff.The shower and toilet facilities although shared were close by.We booked half board and had a Japanese meal that we cooked ourselves in true Japanese style.The food was fresh and delicious.Breakfast in the morning was also equally delicious.Beautiful relaxing place .

Cons: It would have been perfect if the weather had been better to experience sitting in the zen garden etc

Pros: Good privacy and protection from bugs as you get to zip up your tent with two layers! tents were close to the toilets and there was hot water everytime

Cons: sometimes loose gravel would get on the stepping stone so you have to be careful for that

Pros: Easy and cozy environment. Walking distance to Tokyo town. Had one EV charger for first come first reserve basis. The breakfast are delicious and the crew are super helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the value and will come back again. Great works

Cons: The internet are slow, understandably on mountain area. The place are not so soundproof.

Nice glamping experience in a nice weather environment

Pros: Clean, comfortable and minimalist Japanese style decoration. Memorable Kimono experience and nice breakfast set.

Cons: The shared bathrooms/toilets could have a brighter lighting.

Pros: Awesome view and pleasantly cold weather. The room is spacious, with an outdoor hot-water bathtub that’s super comfortable.

Cons: Toilet is very small, and the shower makes a 'yik yik' sound, which feels a bit scary. On the rainy day I visited, some water leaked into the room, but the staff were helpful and quickly provided floor mats.

Cozy, Calm & Zen

Pros: It is very calm, cozy and zen would come again for another extended stay

Cons: The shared bathroom could use a little bit more light as it is quite dark after you close the door. I would say the path to the Kaku cottage could improve as it is a risk of slipping when going down considering how steep the slope is and hard for guests with mobility issues. Overall it was a very lovely stay.

A peaceful place - ideal for 1 to 2 nights

Pros: We stayed in one of the “glamping” tents - and whilst it was a little small - it was comfortable, beautiful decorated with a comfortable bed and with tea making facilities. Hot showers and clean bathrooms in the shared washing area. A beautiful location with a lovely view. We walked up to the strawberry resort - it was a quiet enough road and not too step, we were also able to walk around the corner to Cameron highland resort for afternoon tea - not far and would recommend. I would say that this accommodation is more suited to adults rather than families, given its quiet and peaceful nature.

Cons: The breakfast and dinner menu was a little narrow and as a vegetarian I didn’t find that there was much choice. We felt that the information was a bit sparse - no one could really give us recommendations of what to do in the area.

Enjoyed the stay there and had a peaceful time with family

Pros: The scenery outside the tent was excellent and the tent was nice and quite clean and has a peaceful atmosphere

Cons: One of the shared toilet is blocked as we couldn’t flush away our business and tissue papers couldn’t be flushed away and most of the toilets had no replenishment of tissue paper after dark makes it really frustrating when I want to go to the toilet during midnight
