Pros: Spacious house with 5rooms, each room can stay 3 persons, 3rd floor is a pan house, can fit in 6-7 persons. There is total 6 extra large queen bed and four sofa bed whole house can fit in 19-20 persons. Kitchen with basic cooking facilities, fridge and kettle. Tableware is provided for big group of people. 5 min driving distance to the beach and night market and 5 min walking distance to reach the mini market. There is malay food stall near by. Contact the customer service at 11pm because accidentally has keyed in the wrong code for the door lock and immediately get attended. My family and i was very satisfied with our stay. Will choose the same home stay for our next visit to Batu Ferringhi.

Amazing place our family gathering!

Pros: Very comfortable and super clean! My family did enjoy our raya reunion as the ambiance was perfect! Spacious dining area at the back suitable for BBQ. Loving the shower too. Five minutes drive to the Batu Feringghi beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

Best ever homestay trip

Pros: The property was nestled amongst 20 other units within the same compound. Security is good. Villa is new and clean. The 3 storey property has enough space for our extendeeld family. It has proper beds. It would be nice to have stronger water pressure in bathrooms and dressing mirrors in the rooms.

An exquisite house for a vacation at Batu Ferringhi for a big group of friends or family!

Pros: It was a big property and a very comfortable one. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing, and there is ample room for more people to stay.

Cons: There were no mirrors in all the rooms. Extra towels and blankets would have been great.

Lovely place

Pros: Location was great, security in place at all times, AC was amazing in all rooms.

Cons: One of the bathroom had mold in it, more repairs and maintenance needed.

Home away from home!

Pros: It's not just a homestay.. it's the best homestay. I would always say that they should provide a first aid kit and this place had it. Their bathrooms were like a 5 star hotel standard. Very comfortable beds, lights, smart TV with wifi. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.. Thank you very much. The best homestay so far..that I have stayed..
