GS Homestay Villa Review

Pros: The homestay is located in a quiet neighbourhood and within 3mins walk to the beach. The house is quite big, clean and comfortable. It's also a good value for money, that's why not sure why there are customers who gave bad reviews. It's really nice and big enough to accomodate 20+ pax.

Cons: It doesn't have a water filter or water dispenser so make sure to bring enough drinking water. The nearest mini mart is within 8mins drive. Beside the property is an empty lot that is unkept, with trees and tall grasses so you must bring insect repellant to avoid mosquito bites when you're outside the house. Overall, we had a good and enjoyable stay in this villa.

Great Place for Family Gathering

Pros: The house is very spacious with plenty of beds and parking space, within walking distance to the beach

Cons: Toilet's flush in bedroom no 1 was not working properly, no air-conditioning in the living room and dining area, no water filter machine/dispenser, so need to bring our own mineral water, need to purchase big trash bags on our own
