Frosty Hills Homestay

Pros: The location is perfect, easy access to eateries and shopping location at Tanah Rata. Surrounding homestay is quite and peaceful. Parking is easy (we came with 3 cars, 2 car can park inside). All toilets are equipped with water heater and pipe for wudhu. Netflix is available for watching. Living room is spacious for family activities. Kitchen is adequately equipped for simple eating.

Cons: The 'room' with bunked bed is not a room. Its a connecting hall between 3 rooms at second level, so it's not private. Still ok if you're staying with family members or same gender friends. Animal picture at living room. As muslims, we're not allowed to have image of living creatures in our house so having this picture is a bit uncomfortable.

Pros: 1. Owner was helpful & provided efficient response to queries. 2. Property is strategically located. 3. Clean property.

Cons: 1. Mattresses & pillows are not comfortable. We did not sleep well. 2. Bathrooms are always wet as there are no shower screens; & water from heater is not hot.

Pros: Nice, clean and spacious homestay. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Pros: The staff service is good and responsible. He tried to solve the problems and replied me promptly.

Cons: Some of the facilities are not in well condition and I have mentioned that to the staff. The staff said he will look into it and follow up the issues.

Pros: this homestay very big... very suitable for big family and friend.. owner very helpfull.. can answer your question anytime

Cons: this homestay don't have iron and gas stove.. please bring for your self

Family Trip 8 Adult 2 Babies

Pros: Clean Big space to sleep Bed not the sink type We able to rest well Owner friendly- at 12pm + already come and check home condition / clear rubbish as next guest coming. Kitchen with mugs and water heater Have to bring your own plate and bowl if you want to eat there

Cons: Heater not consistent warm / hot at master bedroom.

Pros: Rumah yg sangat luas dan selesa, dekat dengan kedai2 boleh jalan kaki je.. kedai makan pun banyak di sekitar kawasan rumah.. sangat sesuai untuk keluarga yang besar nak stay kat sini. Owner sediakan tilam yang lebih kalau tak cukup, overall memang sangat puas hati 🫶🏻

Pros: The cleanliness was superb and what you see in the pictures (all perfect) were exactly same in the actual. Moreover, we forgot to bring our towels, so we tried to ask the owner if can we lent some, the owner without hesitation helped us by providing the towels for free!! Therefore, I highly recommended this place. But next time, need to bring our own towels already or maybe they could provide some by default.🙏🙏

Pros: Rumah bersih, kemas.. Cuma kurang bahagian dapur.. Tiada kelengkapan untuk memasak.. Ada kettle sahaja.. Yg lain2 semua okay.. Parking luas.. Owner mudah berurusan.. Cepat respon kalau ada apa2. . Hs Sesuai utk 4family..

Pros: Semua puas hati..katil banyak..selesa..bersih dan cukup utk family yang ramai..tuan rumah baik..rumah landed senang nak parking...semua puas hati lah

Cons: Nak mintak tambah kelengkapan asas dapur 1 ni je..pisau..yg lain ad belaka dh😁
