Very comfortabe and nice Apartment

Pros: It was very comfortable, clean and it has a big room. It is close by many Bars and Restaurants.

Cons: Missing handtowls

Good stay overall

Pros: The room was very spacious and well-equipped, with a sofa, bed, dining table, fridge, TV, wardrobe, washing machine, induction stove, pots, and tableware. The bathroom has a dry and wet separation design, plus a bathtub, and there's also a balcony to relax. It felt like staying in a fully furnished apartment, very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast choices were a bit limited, but the sambal was really delicious.

Cons: There were quite limited power sockets in the studio, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient, and there were some ongoing works in the morning that could be heard from the room.

Pros: The room was so nice and spacious....all was good and very new...the facilities was superb

Modern aparthotel near Parade Mall

Pros: To correct 2 infos on Booking, if you take a taxi/Grab ask to be dropped at Main Lobby of the Ipoh Convention center on Jalan Dato Seri Ahmad Said (not on Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil ). Second is that wifi is available contrary to what Booking says. It's a recent aparthotel, you've to ask for room cleaning. Buffet breakfast not so good & cold. Better when there isn't a lot of people & they propose a set breakfast (only 2 choices Nasi Lemak or a Goreng, prepared at the moment). Location near Parade mall, Crew very nice, all was fine, perhaps a little bit too expensive for what is it

Served by a wonderful lady Emi in March 2025

Pros: Emi was very customer-oriented, helpful and patient. She advised us upfront on the partner platforms to check for better rates than walk-in, and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a huge free standing bathtub (very clean and new). Huge room also has electric stove and washing machine but we didn't use. Price for the location was very good, short walk to Parkson. Grab back from Tong Sui Kai was only RM5+. Pre-ordered breakfast was cheap and filling with hot and cold beverages, huge plate of our main course, fruit. The staff waited for us to arrive before cooking the hot mains on the spot. Breakfast location was same level as gym and pool, cool and windy with city view. Gym was new with no drinks/towel. The swimming pool was also new and looked extremely inviting especially with the city view. We didn't swim as we didn't bring our swim wear. Think need to bring your own towels. A very comfortable stay overall.

Cons: Some rooms still undergoing renovation. Design/layout of bathroom lacks thoughtfulness on details, eg. small wash basin with no space for toiletries or towels, no towel rack beside tub. Aircon unit too small for the huge room, unable to cool fully so you need to switch on the ceiling fan as well.

New building, amazing staff. Check insects and noise.

Cons: - they didn’t told that some work will be ongoing over my room. Worker were drilling holes starting in the morning .. so can’t rest as much as I wanted And noisy. - the room is clean but some insects in bed and in the shower.

Todo muy bien pero alejado del centro

Pros: Personal muy amable, especial mención a los trabajadores del desayuno. Piscina y gimnasio estupendos, desayuno rico. Se agradecería que se proporcionarán toallas para la piscina. Cama muy cómoda, y buen aire acondicionado y ventilador. Y también que se dejara alguna muestra de detergente para la ropa en la habitación, para poder usar la lavadora. Mejorar también algunos detalles, como poner carteles de no molestar en la habitación y para limpiarla (en lugar de tener que avisar), poner más toallas y para poder colgarlas en el baño.

Cons: Está muy lejos de la zona antigua que es donde hay más ambiente, y donde están todas las zonas para visitar. Aunque hay restaurantes cerca del hotel , se pierde mucho tiempo en Grab para ir al centro, porque hay mucho tráfico en la ciudad

ICC Ipoh was a great location

Pros: This was a new property close to the city center. It was easy to get to my room. The furnishings and appliances were all brand new. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly cleaned. It had everything I needed including a washer and kitchenette. I ran into an employee named Hamida on my floor and asked her if the room came with laundry detergent. She said the room doesn’t come with laundry detergent but she said she had some stored in her utility closet that was from another guest. She was kind enough to let me use it and also gave me extra hangers to dry my clothing. The breakfast area had a beautiful city view. There were many delicious food choices. My bus to Penang wasn’t leaving until 2:45pm. So, they were kind enough to let me check out at 1pm.

Cons: The hotel has a very sterile feeling especially walking down the hallway to my room. Also, I had trouble using the washer. I pressed the setting then start. The washing machine started to work until there was 14 minutes left. It kept beeping and the door was locked. I went downstairs to the reception desk (because there wasn’t a phone in the room). They said the maintenance had already went home. My clothes were locked in the washer. I tried another setting and it stopped at 14 minutes again and started to beep. I had to try another setting and the door finally unlocked. This was after midnight. I noticed that my clothes were dry and never washed. No water was dispersed. So, my clothes just spun around aimlessly for hours. I was grateful to get my clothes out of the washer and felt very frustrated. The next day I noticed a valve that was near the sink. I am not sure if I had to turn on the valve so that the water could get dispersed. No one ever came to follow up on this issue. If that was the case, then it would have been nice to have a sign posted on how to use the washer. I have never had anything like this happen to me in the past
