Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr schön. Ein toller Pool. Waschmaschine, ein Wasserspender und ein schönes Bad. Das Bett ist sehr weich und sehr groß.

Cons: Einige Möbel im Wohnzimmer passen nicht so richtig und sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Truly enjoyed our stay!

Pros: 1. I love how helpful the host, Chloe and her staff, Haris were throughout! Received all the useful information such as how to check-in/checkout, how to use the facilities, reminders of the house rules, etc. The Host was ready to help when my arrival time got delayed which hinders my checking in process but her quick arrangements and cool approaches were the reason the stay was awesome. 2. After a whole day of touring Penang, the comfortable beds were the next best thing! There were 3 sofa beds but even those are great. 3. Some items are not available like detergent or bowl/plates that are microwavable BUT! no big deal. There are few stores below where you can buy your extra necessities. Which is another plus point for this place - easy access to grocery stores and 7 eleven. 4. The room and the view itself is great. Didn't get to try the swimming pool but it's open from 10am to 10pm. Definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to have a holiday in Penang.

Cons: There was some minor issues but it's not a deal breaker as we went out by day and back by night time to rest. 1. The washing machine - seems like the previous guest slotted their detergent into the softener compartment and left it there without cleaning it out. 2. The Wi-Fi was lagging on our 3rd and 4th day and it may take some time to even send a picture through Whatsapp. Luckily we had our own Malaysia simcard, so we're still able to enjoy our stay.
