Pros: The house is so cozy and the area of the house also comfortable. The house also luas and recommended for family that have children to stay.

Cons: Maybe the pipe because leading but the owner is response when i tell.

Pros: Great location, across the road to supermarket where you can get everything you need. It’s relatively close close to the city centre and batu feringhi too , spacious apartment with a bit of Seaview ..

Pros: Everything as it , toilet, bath tub n rooms , kitchen and living room clean n comfortable.

Cons: owner can try clorox to clean stain in bath area. no big issue.

Pros: The place is clean, the bathroom is big, the sofa is nice, and it has a sea view. Parking convenient， I stayed here for two days so comfortably. The price is worth it.

Cons: What is dissatisfied is that there are too less paper towels, we have to buy them ourselves,

Pros: Relatively new place and has a wonderful view. Very quite condo and with a lot of amenities nearby. Although the cleaners slipped up with the cleaning works, the owner was very responsive and dispatched the cleaners within 20 minutes to make up for it. More than made up for the shortfall (must be due to the holidays). The owner was constantly responding to our queries on WA courteously despite her busy schedule. We had 2 cars and the owner kindly had 2 parking bays allocated to us, how nice. Although it was on the 35th floor, the lift was never a problem due to the low occupancy rate.

Pros: location is awesome, stay is comfortable, host is helpful. will definitely book again.

Fabulous Family Stay

Pros: Our host is very friendly (i really appreciate it ⚘). The unit is so clean & tidy. The washing machine works well. Everything almost perfect for family vacation. Definitely will come back, everything was great and the location quite convenient access. Walking distance to Lotus & we bought our breakfast at Lotus (McD, Mamak restaurant & Starbucks). Fabulous Family Hari Raya Stay!

Not my first time here, always my first choice of place to stay whenever I come to Penang.

Pros: Not my first time staying here. Location is very strategic and near to the amenities. Ample parking, big rooms and unit is very spacious. Great host and very responsive and helpful.

Cons: The unit is basically comfortable and good to stay but minor things such as light maintenance, shampoo and body wash could have been improved.
