Nice view and location

Pros: Spacious, nice appartment. It was clean, has great view and location. Supermarket just across the street. We recommend to stay in this appartment.

Cons: Softer, lower pillows and additional dishware would be an improvement.

Pros: The unit was clean and spacious. Location was also central with short 10min drive into town. Personal car park too!

Pros: Good location with food available nearby. The staff are responsive and check to ensure stay is comfortable. Toilets are adequate and clean.

good size apartment, clean and location

Pros: it's very straightforward from the moment we booked this property. the location is perfect just next to lotus supermarket and they have food court and fast food too. it's only take us 30 mins to any tourist areas by car. the bed and pillow are the best. they also provided muslim plates and cutlery

Cons: if you stay in second bedroom you can hear loud noises/singing coming from lotus and it can last till past midnight. nothing much the owner can do about it. the owner should put separate washing sponge for muslim if they provided plates and cutlery for muslim. the bathroom floor is a bit slippery so I have to put towel on the floor

Pros: Fabulous apartment with everything you could ever need. Great communication from our hosts, everything was super easy. If you haven’t book yet, DO SO, you won’t regret it!

Pros: Nice check-in area for key collection. Very clean property. Kitchen amenities were in good, almost new condition - well maintained. Had a hot and cold water dispenser but not quite hot enough to make tea with. Other amenities also good. Lotus very close-by so easy to buy groceries if you chose to cook something quick and easy. Kudos to the owners as they were really responsive.

Cons: Could see into apartment units out of window which made me uneasy about what they could see. Laundry drying area enclosed and no balcony. No microwave. Access from assigned parking to lift area - horrible staircase - narrow and difficult to navigate with suitcases.

Pros: The owner was very kind and generous to add in two extra mattresses for an additional 3 adults with no extra charge. It saved us a lot of time and money to look for another unit somewhere else. Thank you owner for being so generous.

Pros: Exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location – exceeded my expectations. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout the hotel. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and eager to assist. A fantastic stay overall!
