Pros: The host,Evelyne was very friendly and helpful. She let us check in early. The apartment is well equipped with stove, microwave, oven, washer, dryer etc. Wide swimming pool and the beach is just behind the apartment. Walking distance to Muslim restaurants & stalls. Also near to souvenir shops that offered very good prices. InsyaAllah my family & I will stay here again when come to Penang.

Pros: Direct access to the beach and a lot of shops nearby, can walk to the night market as well. There is only one free parking spot, and extra cars need to pay an extra fee to reserve a parking spot based on availability. The room and toilet were clean and comfortable and it was quite spacious. Easy communication with manager, prompt reply for any queries. The person in charge of giving us the key (Gary) was amazing and showed us around the house. There are washing machines, a hair dryer, and iron available. Towels were provided.

Cons: Some of the remote for AC/fan/tv wasn't working, probably need to change the battery. It would be good if water dispensers were available, otherwise need to buy bottled water from outside.

Relaxing, comfortable stay by the sea

Pros: Our host was in touch with us and knew our arrival time. He was there at the lobby and escorted us to the apartment. He patiently explained the house rules, gave the WiFi password and also answered our general queries on what is around etc. The house had printed cards with instructions, details of amenities and internet password etc. The basic toiletries were soaps, shampoos, micro fibre towels, hair dryer, dish washing liquid, cutlery etc. All rooms have fan which is quite nice to have in the tropical weather. The neighborhood has some excellent street and restaurant food. The beach is a short walking distance. The pool is good. We used Grab taxi and food services and had no problems using this address.

Cons: Money exchange services in Batu Ferringhi are not reliable because they are mostly closed.
