Batu Ferringhi Seaview Apartment

Highly recommended. Great flat

Pros: The balcony (as mentioned in all reviews!), the spaciousness of the flat and the fact everything is provided including laundry soap and cooking oil. The flat is secure and quiet while the pool is almost always empty. The check in was smooth and the host, Denise, was always helpful with quick responses. She send people round to clean the flat and replace linen and towels midway through ough 11 night stay. Excellent apartment highly recommended.

Cons: The sofa was rather hard and the air con in the living room needs attention to help it cool the room, but these are small things in the overall great experience.

Perfect place to stay if you are in Batu Ferringi.

Pros: Everything about this place - the equipment, location, although it was hard to get accross the main street…ocean view was amazaing…

Comfortable stay in a great seaview apartment.

Pros: Very nice apartment with amazing view over the sea. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Fast elevators. Host/owners are very friendly and responsive. We had breeze in the room when leaving the balcony door open, didn’t need to turn on air con at all.

Cons: Not unsatisfied, but it would be even better if they could update the socket/extension cord to an international one. We didn’t realize we had too many electric appliances until we were fighting over the two adapters that we brought ourselves.

Pros: The view!! Spectacular. Drinking coffee/tea in the balcony with the sea view. Wooooowwww

Cons: You have to walk 10-15 minutes to a beach.

Overall, we had a good stay in the apartment

Pros: We liked the apartment located on a high floor with an excellent balcony view of the sea. The bedrooms were cozy. The communication and collection of keys were smooth. Overall we had a good stay in the apartment.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: the sea view is amazing , had a balcony loved it , and the cleanliness is exceptional .. My parents loved it , it has a tv with some channels that they could watch and relax.

Cons: to have more than one door key so actually multiple people can go out and come back with their own keys. Having just one key it was difficult as we need to ask the person who at the premise to wait and open the door for us.

Perfect for short gateways

Pros: The interior was nice, clean apartment and suitable for small family vacation. The view also very nice, you can enjoy sunset view from the balcony. Complete kitchen, from stove, oven, microwave, fridge and toaster. The owner has provided everything you need for your short vacation.

Cons: Late response especially for check in and deposit refund. Small ants in the kitchen and bedroom area

Apartment was superb but no access to beach and can be a bit far from town.

Pros: Apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Everything was good.

Cons: No access to beach. Have to drive to a public beach nearby. If you want to find food in town, will take 30-45 mins depending on traffic.
