Pros: The house was clean.. all the rooms were comfortable.. love the swing and projector...

Cons: The water pressure in both showers is very low.. master bedroom lights were not functioning well.. we had to be in a dark room.. other than that all facilities are satisfied..

Spacious, Cozy & Convenient Stay. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommended!

Pros: The place looks just like the photos! The location is super convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance and the beach just 3 minutes away. Although the building exterior looks a bit old, stepping inside feels just like home—clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Cons: The only downside is that at night, a lot of black birds gather on the eaves and windows, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning, but it’s not a major issue.

perfect home to stay...the only thing for improvement is lift card

Pros: perfect home to stay.location is easy access to restaurants,beach.

Cons: only one lift card provided.its good to have two since this is level 10(impossible to use stairs)which requires lift card to go up/down all the time.difficult for big family when only 1 card available.

Felt like a holiday home away from home.

Pros: lovely location, close to the beach we could even see the sea!! Relaxing homely atmosphere inside, The swing seat was a lovely touch. Host was very helpful and gave clear instructions on check in and out processes.

Super clean and well decorated house

Pros: Super clean, nicely decorated, owner fast response to inquiry, comfortable and cozy living room for family chill together, fully equipped kitchen, walking distance to eatery, convenience store and beach.

Cons: Suggest to change projector to a normal TV so people can watch during daytime or with lights on. Living room need maintenance (not enough cold). Parking RM 10 / night.

В целом все нормально. Красивый вид с балкона. Но были моменты, которые смазали впечатление

Pros: Большие апартаменты,несколько раздельных спален, классный вид с балкона, во дворе есть бассейн, нормальное местоположение- недалеко пляж, кафешки, магазинчики.

Cons: Планировка дома такая, что в подъезде нет крыши. там живут птицы, которые немного мешают. Окна какой то спальни выходят в подъезд. Между квартирами переходы- как мостики. Если что то уронить- лететь будет до 1 этажа. Не идеально чистые душ-туалет. Подниматься на лифте можно только с ключом. Нам на 3-х человек дали 1 ключ. Это было очень не удобно- входить/выходить можно только вместе. Служба уборки после выселения пришла на 10 минут раньше и стояли под дверью. Выезд в 12-00, последние минуты сборов не были спокойными.
