Grand Star Hotel

It was good.

Pros: The room, locker and parking facilities were good. The hotel location was in a good place.

Cons: But the toilet push shower was not good. When using it, the body would get wet a lot. And I would definitely recommend the push shower, it is important for all push showers to have a hand controller.

Pros: Place is very close to beach and the receptionist is friendly. Have a place to park. If you are looking for an affordable place to place which good location, you can consider this place.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach. We truly enjoyed experiencing the local culture and cuisine. The presence of monkeys adds a special charm to the island. Both Monkey Beach and Ferringhi Beach are pleasant places to visit; although the water may not be perfectly transparent, it was still quite enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the reception team, who were very welcoming and flexible — meeting us at 4 a.m. and kindly offering local snacks for the children. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality!

Wonderful

Pros: Value for money, and perfect location to explore all around. Close to the beach as well.

Pros: Toilet clean eventhough budget hotel. The room just ok don't expect more. Still can sleep comfortably. Near to ferringhi beach, just need to cross the road. Near pasar malam.

Cons: On the morning, there's some one trying to open our door. So, pls lock the door each time. For caution.

Strategic location for the beach and cozy

Pros: Very large bed for us. Easy access to use iron and water filter. Nice shower and great experience.

Cons: It just ok for the property, but the beach/water is muddy. Not suitable for kids.

Overall it was a great vacation..this hotel is value for money..highly recommended and will stay here again when visitin

Pros: The location is just nice..walking distance to most of the restaurants and the beach also, the room is clean and the host is very helpful..smooth check in and check out process..the grocery shop just down the building if need anything..

Cons: The water pressure in bathroom could be better, intermittent high and low...perhaps the host might consider providing some complimentary coffee and tea supplies / mineral bottles in the room as well..

Pros: Manager very friendly and helpful, location is close to beach and restaurants.
