Pros: Very nice apartment in terms of location and facilities. Gym and beautiful pool in the area. Location right by the beach. I must also appreciate the helpful owner, who was always ready to help and responded very quickly. I can definitely highly recommend this accommodation.

Had a great relaxing break in this apartment in Batu Ferringhi 😊

Pros: Great position and facilities. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Great views from the balcony. The pool area was good and offers some shaded areas through the day. The gardens well kept It is very close to the beach and various good places to eat and drink.

Fab place for families and grouos of friends.

Pros: The location.. right on the beach and the quieter end of Batu Ferringhi. The place was spotless. The swimming pool was great for lap swimming. The staff .. guards and cleaners were friendly.

Cons: No hand towels were provided only large bath towels. Quite expensive considering it was low season and I was travelling aline.

Pros: Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. A cool location the air conditioning was often not needed. A good view and easy walking access to the beach. Communications with the host were clear and helpful, any questions or requests were dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Cons: The allocated parking space can be a bit tight if you have a large SUV or people carrier.

Pros: The interior and the facilities of the apartment were excellent. Very close to the beach and many local eateries.

Cons: Nothing, the traffic was bad due to long weekend so takes about 1 hr to reach from Georgetown. Can improve on complementary snacks and coffee.
