Pros: The place is strategic, close to basic amenities - you have the famous nasi kandar kayu just opposite. Behind, just one block away, there is a laundromat. There is a 24 hour mart downstairs for snacks, drinks, etc. All in walking distance. The room itself comes with a door latch for extra security. Privacy assured. Suitable for small family (3-4) or couple. comes with all basic amenities: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, dishwash liquid, cups, plates, forks, spoons, microwave, kettle, fridge. Towels are provided for you. TV has Netflix and youtube. There are others but I can't recall now. I only managed to watch one movie during my stay. All in all, a pleasant stay. >appreciate the management and how easy the communication was. the PDF and steps to check in was very easy & very responsive to queries,. great host

Cons: the beds are a little too hard, not that comfy, the upstairs AC was too hot and cant change temp and it actually blows directly to the face when you're sleeping. maybe the layout can be adjusted some how better?
