Malaysia 🇲🇾

Pros: Fast and easy check in process. Facilities are great. Convenient store just downstairs. Owners are responsive to text. Pillows and beds are comfortable. Space is big, can cater a big family.

Cons: Parking spot far from block lift. Need to walk a distance. Did not mention RM150.00 security deposit is collected before check in, but refundable within 24 hours after check out. Room are next to main roads, a bit noisy at night and early morning where traffics are heavy.

everything was good except for constantly reminder to early check out

Pros: facilities provided eg washing machine, fridge, microwave, aircond, water heater, TV, sofa bed, parking lot. the guard keep patrolling at the parking lot especially at night. convenient store eg 7E, 99 speedmart, launderette, restaurant at G. near to queensbay mall 10-13mins drive.

Cons: host keep sending reminder to check out a night before, morning at 9.30am asking to check out before 11.30am.

Overall we were happy with our stay, the owners provided instructions and guides before we arrived.

Pros: Location of the place was close to shops, parking was easy as it was provided. The place was spacious, it exceeded my expectations. The wifi was good, we love it. The rooms were all air-conditioned, there’s hot shower, ventilation was good. The keycards were super premium, it feels like a resort.

Cons: The shower head in the bathroom was kinda loose and tilting down, we couldn’t adjust much. The surrounding of the location was pretty busy, if you have more than one car it will be difficult to park nearby the homestay as there is only one parking provided.
