Worth it!

Pros: the facility is very spacious and clean. Totally worth it for the price. Overall the experience was beyond my expectation. Definitely will book here again when coming to Penang next time. Host was very responsive and helpful. Giving clear instructions for check in/out. The best.

Pros: Muslim: family: leisure: 2D1N: Malaysia 15 minutes to airport,the condo is squeaky clean, no mouldy kitchen or bathroom, clean bedsheets and towels. Wifi and smartv provided.Small fridge.Ironboard and iron provided too. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner choices within 500 meter from The Sun. Halal food near by are Restaurant Kayu Nasi Kandar, Nasi Kandar NS, Medan Suri , Medan Selera Bayan Indah ( i had halal pan chilli mee, muah chi, wantan mee, fresh home made dumpling ), Roti Canai Transfer Road( branch). The building located near to Surau 3 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk to Masjid Sungai Nibong. On the first floor, Speedmart 99, Self laundry ( but owner provides washing machine), 7eleven, Sushi Ya( not halal), Bakery( not halal).

Cons: Strategic location to everywhere.
