Pros: Comfortable, big space, all rooms with aircond, comfortable bed, bath tub.

Cons: Certain times its too noisy, a group of indians make very noisy and loud indian songs at the pool. Feels very uncomfortable. I hope the management please aware and remind the guest to not make noise and dont do inapproriate behaviour.

Pros: Its a classical residence, looking good, clean and spacious. Easy to find.

Cons: Maybe can improve the bed cause the springs kinda come off already.

Great location, good value, and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Value for money and very strategic location, close to Queensbay Mall and USM. From the master bedroom, you can enjoy views of both the First Penang Bridge and the Second Bridge.

Cons: Perhaps because the house has been unoccupied for a long time, it is quite dusty. Most of the gym equipment is broken; fortunately, the treadmill is still functional, although the carpet around it is very dusty. I couldn’t use the treadmill for long because of the dust.

Pros: three bedroom apartment.very cosy and easy to check in.large pool. There are lots of activities that can be done- playing snooker, table tennis and pickle ball great for families

The best place to stay

Pros: everything was absolutely fantastic. the room were comfortable and beautifully maintained, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. it clear you put a lot of care into making guest feel welcomed and valued. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we're already looking forward to our next visit. thank you for making our family trip so special.

Cons: there is nothing i dont like. i want to add the location was strategic, the mart and small kiosk to eat just in front of gate, very easy and convenient.

Spacy, convenient feeling like home with available services

Pros: Feel like home as we’re at 3 bedroom apartment with everyone necessary for a great getaway. Clean,Friendly staff, convenient facilities like swimming pool, pickleball, pingpong, books, magazines about real estate, technology, local Penang.. table like a small resort at the heart of the city. I’ll come back definitely
