Pros: Building is a little aged, everything else is complete. The location is great if you are attending any MICE at Setia Spice Convention Centre or ARENA.

Comfy stayed

Pros: Good apartment with the PISA view. Near the pantai hospital, GIAnT and USM. Suitable for family and student. All facilities in the room perfect. Need to tell to management apartment that the swimming pool need maintenance and renovation. Some ceramic shard in the water very dangerouus for kids.

Cons: Swimming pool need renovation and maintenance, please tell to the management apartment. A piece of ceramic shard injured my child's leg while swimming.

Pros: This is our second time here. Easy check in and out. Hassle free. Safe environment.

Cons: Please add more shower cream, shampoo and dish soap. Many ants in the apartment that attract lizards. If another unit of air conditioner is added in the living room, the house is perfect. Air conditioner in the bedrooms need service.

Good for family

Pros: Comfortable apartment, suitable for my smal family of 7. Comple facilities for short staycation. Bathroom is clean, all soap and shampoo provided. Aircond is cool. Not so crowded, so easy to take lift. Easy self check in and out.

Cons: Parking space is too small, i drive kia carnival and both side of tires is touching the line. Lucky no one is park on one side. Make me uneasy, afraid that make obstruction to others. Location wise is at busy junction at peak hour. Better to have ac in hall. Better to have microwave to re-heat food.

Nice and affordable homestay

Pros: Location, easy parking, can consider clean and accomodition of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plus refrigerator, kitchen and washing machine are provided

Cons: I not sure whether the bedsheet is a clean one or not? There is a bit of stain on it and it is not so smooth. A bit crumpled.
