Nice place to stay and value for money

Pros: The host was very helpful. Apartment at 11th floor was clean, check-in was easy, guard was friendly, all 3 rooms and living room had fans & airconds. Good for Family to stay for holiday.

Cons: The parking lot is quite narrow. During my stay, the parking lot was taken by someone else and I had to walk to the guardhouse to inform them about it. Maybe the host can provide a stove (single stove at least) or a microwave for guests to cook light meals/heat up the food.

Pros: The host was very helpful. I’m very happy to stay in his unit and whether we need info he will happily help us

Pros: The location is strategic, also next to food courts that have lots of nice local street foods. It is clean. Kids like the kids park at the SPICE, which is next to the property. Need not worry about car park.

Cons: Value for money.

It is a compact and very clean apartment in a lively neighborhood.

Pros: Very good location with easy access to food courts and supermarket. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen equipment and other amenities were complete.

Cons: It was noisy in the evening with the traffic passing by. The busy traffic made it impossible for us to cross the road to the kedai kopi in the morning. The bathrooms were very small and everything got wet when we showered. My elderly mother had to be very careful with the slippery wet floors in the bathroom.

Great Stay@Penang

Pros: Apartment at 11th floor was clean & big, check-in was easy, guard was friendly, all 3 rooms and living room had fans & aircond, fridge was big & working properly, water pressure was good, shower gel shampoo bath towels were all provided, cups forks spoons plates were more than enough, beds were comfortable, host was responsive & helpful, 2 very big food courts are just downstairs!

Cons: Washing machine not working, Wifi not stable

Great value for money

Pros: Just next to Pisa food court This property provides car park which is very convenient for us 3 bedrooms are spacious and clean.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!!!
