Pros: Nice and clean unit with unicorn themed almost everywhere.. complete with kitchen appliance & utencils.. ground level full choices of groceries & restaurants.. host was very helpful & responsive..

Cons: Parking entrance pathway should be open, easy for tenant to get in or out.. but its not host fault, so it wouldn’t affect host hospitality

A very comfortable apartment.

Pros: Checking-in was easy as the instruction given by our host was quite detail. The apartment was very comfortable and decorated beautifully with a unicorn theme, as expected. The bathroom was really spacious with a nice shower. We enjoyed the swing in the living room. All the facilities mentioned were provided, even a prayer mat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and... no complaints.

Cons: A standing mirror somewhere in the living room or dining area would really be appreciated when more than one person wants to use the only one outside the bathroom while the bathroom is occupied.

Pros: Superb stay..nice place to stay around bayan lepas.. great location just 8min to airport..house is nice & cozy..will stay here again next time if come to penang

Cons: nothing except for misunderstanding about the lift..the lift to the property is at the reception lobby, not in the parking lot

Pros: Arahan yang diberikan sangat terperinci dan memudahkan urusan check in dan check out. Hos juga sangat baik dan memberikan maklum balas dengan cepat. Rumah penginapan lebih kepada kediaman peribadi yang cantik, selesa, kemas dan menenangkan. Keperluan dalam rumah lengkap. Terasa seperti berada di rumah sendiri. Tempat makan klinik etc juga hanya berada di aras bawah tempat penginapan. Segalanya bagus tentang tempat tinggal ini. Saya dan keluarga pasti akan datang lagi jika ada peluang di masa akan datang. Saya juga telah recommend tempat ini kepada majikan dan kawan-kawan saya.

Cons: Hanya 0.01%. Sofa untuk menonton tv mungkin boleh diperbaharui. Untuk pelanggan yang mengalami sakit saraf atau sakit belakang seperrti saya agak kurang selesa untuk duduk lama menonton tv bersama ahli keluarga. Ya tidak ada masa pun untuk menonton tv lama-lama tapi kalau boleh ada masa ini akan jadi bonus point. Tapi itu hanya 0.01 %
