Pros: Host was helpful, location was good, spacious enough for parents and two kids

Cons: External factors not fault of host, such as neighbors with loud kids and loud motorcycle startup every morning

Pros: Homestay flat is super. I had a lot of space, there was wifi, it was clean.

Cons: That destination of appartment is very strange, the only good thing is airport nearby (thats why I took this acommodation), but its far from interesting tourist points and there are not much shops for getting supplies.

Pros: Good homestay. We have family that stay in Bayan Baru so it was good for us to meet up with them. Clean.

Cons: The pipes in the ensuite bathroom are smelly and leak, probably needs plumbing attention.
