Pros: Location and walking distance to Centrum and restaurants in Brinchang.Nice interior and furniture. Private parking is provided.

Cons: Tough to walk up to the steep and smelly ramp to the apartment. Tight parking space.

Worth The Money!

Pros: The apartment is located centrally. Near to shoplots & other amenities. The check-in process is super easy. The instruction given by the host is clear & doable. The homestay is nicely decorated and clean with comfortable beddings. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, & the master bedroom has a double bed & single bed. Ideal for a large family to have their own bed. During my stay, I had no issues with internet connectivity, but the Android TV needs some work to be able to watch. Thank you for providing the towels, soaps in the bathroom & hairdryer Worth the money to stay here.

Cons: This was not an issue for me since I came with one car. But I noticed visitor parking is along the ramp around the apartment. If you're using this, it will be quite a distance and also outdoors.

Pros: Like the place, clean, comfortable, worth our money, and looked the same as shown pictures. Three rooms with three restrooms, one living room and kicthen. The owner pay attention for detail.

Despite the minor pitfall with the low sound proof ceiling, the stay was amazing.

Pros: The location is strategic with many nearby food eateries and a shopping mall ( walking distance of 250m) . The host was very helpful and accommodating. Facilities were on point. The apartment was very clean with each room having its own separate washroom. The view of the balcony is facing a small hill with bushes. TV channels were variable with downloaded movies available to watch. Internet speed was good.

Cons: The only pitfall was the sound proof of the ceiling wasn't good. The people who resided above our unit were dragging furnitures in the middle of the night and at wee hours, constantly running etc. This had caused discomfort and disruptions to our sleep throughout our stay there. The host had assisted and intervened by lodging complaints to the necessary party and etc, yet to no avail. I guess it was beyond our host control as well.
