Mossy Forest Family Retreat II

Pros: I will definitely stay again.. very satisfied with the accommodation provided. luv all the equipment in the kitchen. ala2 turkish style. and the mug so cantik. honestly I have come to CH 4 times in 3 months😂 and this apartment is the best.

Cons: the floor is too cold. need to provide slippers. ✌️

Pros: Clean, comfortable and instructions were easy to understand. All the decorations are very nice. Also got wifi and Netflix.

Cons: Check-in should be 3pm but waiting outside until 4pm then can enter after cleaning. The blanket n pillows are a bit smelly. no response from customer service when asking about the refund deposit.

Pros: My family and I enjoyed our time during our stay , comfortable, clean.

have kids? stay here. there r books and toys, have parents? there is elevator and comfy beds. tired from walking. there

Pros: It is not just a homestay. its so comfy and well thought. my old parents most certainly was impressed at the convenience of parking, amenities and location. they feel right at home. they even wished they have one too 😆. my son enjoyed the books before bed.

Cons: really there is nothing we dont like.

Very pleasant and swift experience, convenient to get in and out of property.

Pros: Property is well equipped, perhaps can list down the things available and incorporate in the email few days prior arrival, so your guest is aware of what to bring / what not to bring.

Saving this place for future stay and will definetely recommend my Family and friends

Pros: Cosy place to be, feels like Home, fully furnished... recommended if you are traveling with small childrens

Cons: Not very convient when you arrive the Homestay late for check in

Exceptional

Pros: I like everything about the house. It's beautiful and they had coffee, sugar, water dispenser, books and toys in the children room. Excellent location and as a family we enjoyed and I would rate 10 if they had a washing machine and a dryer.

Cons: Quality of the bed in the master bedroom can be improved but not bad.

Pros: Very cosy and clean 3 room apartment with toys. Great facilities inside with warm and hot water dispenser, a plus for family with young kids. Fridge , cutlery and cooking utensils even a steamboat set. Very comfortable sofa. Promt service. Easy check in. Visitors Car Park just at the lobby.

Cons: Too much furniture in the living room . Could do without the herbal side cupboard. Only 1 side table is enough. Too much noise coming out of the piping in the 2nd bathroom and Kitchen sink.

I have a good stay there and very suitable for family staycation.

Pros: Location is easy to find in very convenient for us to move around the brinchang area. The place was very calm and relax.

Cons: Furniture inside the house was abit crowded and take much spaces of the house and make abit difficult wheelchair needed person to move around like my mom.

MORE THAN HAPPY

Pros: It literally had everything in the house, felt so cosy like being at home. Clean and actually higher than expected.

Cons: Insect which I can't blame the property, its the climate.
