Pros: It's 20 minutes to Ipoh and 20 minutes to Sungai Siput and 5 minutes to Aeon Klebang. On top of that, there's a 99 mart at the entering of the apartment. The lift is close to the assigned parking lot. Instructions was clear.. Prompt respond from owner. Spotless. Security at the entrance was polite and helpful. Well functioning AC.

The kids tent adds a nice touch!

Pros: I like the little kids tent which my boy enjoyed to play. The rooms are big and comfortable. Also thank you for kettle and filtered water and other amenities available like in Hotel. Owner is also very fast to response and provided very clear instructions on how to get to the property which i appreciated.

Cons: The apartment is located a bit inside, far from the main road and the exterior looks not well maintained. But this is not under the owner’s responsibility. So, if you don’t mind that the exterior (corridor and lift) looks a bit dirty and old then it’s a pleasant stay
